Following a record year in sales, McElroy Manufacturing, Inc. is launching a comprehensive campaign to vigorously pursue the Latin American market. The fusion equipment manufacturer will open a marketing office in Santiago de Chile in January 2005. McElroy hopes to increase its presence in Latin America by providing a more complete customer service approach to its Spanish speaking customers.
“We are excited about the continued growth of Latin American market. The closer we are to our customers and distributors, the better we can respond to their needs,” said Rafael Quintero , McElroy International Marketing Manager. Quintero will transfer to the Santiago office in January and will serve as the manager for McElroy operations in all of Latin America and the Caribbean .
The expansion is designed to cater to McElroy’s Spanish-speaking customers and the focus is on enhancing communication lines. The Spanish website and the new Spanish catalog, which is a Spanish version of McElroy’s fusion catalog, are key tools McElroy has developed to enhance communication efforts.
