The Acrobat™ for polyethylene pipe and fittings machine offers consistent butt fusion joints in an economical, reliable package. All three sizes from 2” IPS (63mm) up to 12” (315mm) have a lightweight design and small footprint allowing operators to fuse pipe in small trenches and other areas where space is limited.

Small Footprint – The Acrobat was designed with a small footprint and optimal weight. The modular Acrobat HPU (Hydraulic Power Unit) consumes minimal power and is also lightweight, making it easy to move from joint to joint.
No Tools Necessary – Acrobat carriages quickly adapt to meet jobsite demands. They will convert from 4 to 3 jaws to create a more compact unit and will go even smaller by removing the base plate so that it fuses more easily in confined areas making it the ideal in-ditch tool.
Versatile Hydraulic Power – The Acrobat is compatible with two hydraulic power units designed to meet the maximum system pressure desired on your jobsite. Choose the lightweight Acrobat HPU with a gauge pressure up to 400 PSI or the more powerful DynaMc® HPU that can reach pressures up to 1,500 PSI.
Preset Pressures – The intelligent design of the Acrobat and DynaMc HPUs allow the operator to preset the facing, heating and fusing pressures individually without having to make adjustments between operations.
DataLogger® Compatibility – Acrobat machines are compatible with the DataLogger, an Android-powered tablet that records and documents the key parameters of the fusion process.
