In our efforts to enhance the customer experience, we have made a number of changes to our “Request RMA” form. We have added additional fields for information that we need as well as the ability to provide us with pictures or other documents. By asking for this information initially, our goal is to shorten the time required to resolve your issue.
In the coming days you will notice another new field called “Case Number.” If you or your customer contact McElroy to discuss an issue, a case number will be assigned. When you are entering information in the RMA request form there will be the opportunity to supply the case number if you have it. The case number will simply give us access to any additional information that was previously provided.
