When our team of engineers implemented the design of our new TracStar® iSeries they had two things in mind, make it easier to uncover critical components for maintenance plus accommodate fittings and tees. To accomplish this task, they incorporated a two-step cowling system that can be removed quickly, giving you access to all the service elements on one side of the machine.

Our Socket Fusion Kits have everything you need to get started on your next polypropylene job. This compact toolbox comes with what you’ll need to fuse socket adapters and fittings for a specific size range. These kits are designed to help install fittings for pipe diameters from 16mm to 125mm.

The TracStar® iSeries is a smart machine. It features a collision avoidance system that helps prevent an accidental interference between the jaws and heater/facer elements, cutting down on potential damage to the machine. Are you familiar with our McCalc® Fusion Pressure Calculator? It puts the capability of finding the right fusion pressure for your job right at your fingertips. To properly fuse pipe the fusion pressure must be adjusted so the pipe manufacturers recommended interfacial pressure is achieved.
