June 9, 2026 Release Summary
Carriage Control Module (CCM) 1.011
Additions and Improvements
- When an abort message is received, the carriage now immediately drops voltage to all valves to zero. This change improves "dummy weld" issues seen in the field and prevents the carriage from fully bringing the pipes into contact.
DataLogger® Version 805, 1.47
Additions and Improvements
- The time period to check for "dummy weld" aborts has been shortened. The checker was moved outside of the previous function so it can run more often and prevent the pipes touching after the abort is sent.

Carriage Control Module (CCM) 1.010
What's New?
- A new charging system warning fault has been added (SPN 520366, FMI 31) when the engine has been on for 30 seconds or more and the internal battery voltage reading drops below 11.5V.
Bug Fixes
- An update was made to address open-load after the auto drag measurement which was reported as occurring intermittently from the field. A check was added before requesting voltage from TS1 (the pressure reducing valve) that will force the voltage to 0% if the request is 1.5%.
Additions and Improvements
- The condition to enter the open/close start sub-state has been changed. Now, it will only transition to the "start" sub-state when movement is detected.
- A soft-close update was added. When dropping pressure at the beginning of soft close the carriage will now start the soft-close after either the 250 ms time frame OR the TDX has dropped below 40 psi.

DataLogger® Version 786, 1.46
What's New?
- The ASTM F3722 fusion specification has been added as a selection which covers butt, sidewall-outlet, socket and electrofusion welding. This specification was added to the the McCalc® Fusion Pressure Calculator as well.
- Code changes have been put in place to translate machine controls screens. On connected equipment beginning with the Tritan® 560, the machine controls screen text labels will appear in the user selected language. Spanish translation has been added in this initial release with additional languages upcoming.
- Barcode scanning is now available for the "Job" tab on the set up screen during the fusion process. This reduces the amount of manual data entry by a user and addresses previous case-sensitivity issues.
- The open/close time has been added in the drop down menu of the Logging screen when utilizing the "Other" standard. The times will display if set and the fusion is set to Level 1 or 2.
Bug Fixes
- The "unlisted" machine model selection was restored after it's exclusion in the previous release.
- On the Joint Report review screen, tapping the open/close tab didn't navigate to the open/close portion of the fusion graph to review. This has been updated after the state was set to the correct value from the operating system.
- Also on the Joint Report review screen, the open/close text label was displaying in smaller text than the other tabs and that has been corrected in this release.

Additions and Improvements
- Added the joint ID number to the existing "Fusion Settings" drop down window. This improvement will display the joint ID number on the Logging screen during the fusion process for higher visibility.
- Incorporated additional in-context short "help" videos into the operator interface. These short videos provide a quick overview of an operation, especially when connected to a Medium Diameter TracStar® iSeries machine. The videos can be accessed by tapping the green question mark icon in the corner of the screen during the fusion process.
- The TEPA unit of measure can now be entered in metric units (mm) on "unlisted" machines during the fusion process.
- Added connectivity improvements for the newest software version of the Highland VORTEX and Supercell electrofusion machines.
