Welcome back to the McElroy Service Center! We use this regular publication to announce new maintenance and repair-related information, such as technical bulletins, training opportunities, software updates, repair kits, and tech tips.
Check back regularly for the most up-to-date information to help you provide better service and support to your McElroy equipment.
New Training Opportunities
McElroy University recently announced new opportunities for mechanics to enhance and validate their skills on McElroy Equipment and earn the title McElroy Trained Mechanic by successfully completing any combination of 13 assessments available within three groupings: Maintenance, Repair, and Diagnostics.
Each assessment is supported with online training and in-person workshops, but these are not required. As such, mechanics can focus their training on those areas that make most sense for them at any given time, and also take full advantage of any prior training and experience. Public Help Highlight
The Public Help Portal provides videos to help users familiarize themselves with McElroy fusion machines, educational resources, and more in one common location. This portal unifies all of McElroy’s condensed training into one place, making it easier for both channel partners and end users to find the content they need.
In this month’s Service Center, we will highlight the process of Performing a Fusion Using FusionGuide™ Level 2 when working with a TracStar® 412i or TracStar® 618i.
Visit McElroy’s Public Help Portal to access more resources on a variety of machines.
