
Each year, INFUSION challenges Team McElroy, our distributors, and channel partners to reach for the stars, and 2025 was no different.
“Year after year, we perform at the pinnacle of our league, and that is nothing short of incredible,” Chip McElroy said. “I think this year’s enthusiasm and energy were beyond what any of us were anticipating.”

Col Jason Harris, catching up on the latest industry insights from McElroy leadership, engaging in INFUSION25’s full slate of breakout sessions, or even just networking with others during breaks and meals, they all had the same thing to say: this year’s conference was one of the best yet. People commended the new look of the Fulton warehouse, the activities, sessions – and more!
INFUSION25’s spaceflight theme was no coincidence – it tied directly into McElroy’s attitude of constantly pushing forward, making and meeting milestones while challenging and encouraging everyone involved in the process.
THE NUMBERS
Once again, INFUSION25 was a record-breaker in terms of attendance. In all we saw 601 registrants, 555 of whom checked into River Spirit Casino Resort. Seventeen countries were represented, including Argentina, Australia, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Cote d’Ivoire, Dominican Republic, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Norway, Oman, Panama, Peru, South Africa, United Kingdom, and the United States. Nearly 200 attendees were first-time attendees.
“This year, we wove in a clear invitation for our attendees to join us in ‘Feeding the Funnel,’” Chip said. From the feedback I’ve received, this focused yet nuanced message resonated – our ideas for deeper channel partner engagement were well received, which makes me excited about what lies ahead.”
