With the new McElroy iSeries, machines are powered by a FusionGuide Control System. This integrated software guides the user through every step of the fusion process managing machine pressures, carriage, heater actions and the shift sequence. One of the newest features of the control system is that users can choose between 3 levels of machine control ranging from manual to completely automatic fusion.
Each step in the fusion process has varying level of assistance. Choose the level that meets your needs.
Level 1 – Manual control allows the operator to control the carriage position and times during the fusion process.
Level 2 – Enhanced Guided Workflow provides a software-controlled shift sequence however the heating and fusion times have on-screen prompts.
Level3 – Automatic Fusion means that the entire fusion process is software controlled.
