Why do joints fail?

Join us at 12 p.m. CDT on Wednesday, Sept. 16 when we will be hosting the next installment of our online Socially Distant Learning Series. We’ll be discussing why fusion joints might fail and what can be done to prevent that from happening.

Fusible plastic pipe such as polyethylene and polypropylene is a fantastic material, and a properly fused pipeline will last decades. Fusion joint failures can happen, but it is often the case that during the original installation, steps could have been taken that would have prevented the failure.

We look forward to you joining us for this live presentation. It will be just like you’re with us in person — but from the comfort of your own home or office — no masks or hand sanitizer needed.
