New Technical Bulletins
- Tech Bulletin 197
This new field campaign bulletin addresses failures of the printed circuit board in TracStar® iSeries power control modules. This campaign will affect all machines manufactured prior to March of 2024. McElroy technical support will be proactively creating campaign cases and incidents for all affected machines, so distributors do not need to initiate incidents. Distributors should contact technical support to coordinate shipment of replacement parts. - Tech Bulletin 198
This new informational bulletin is a trouble shooting guide specifically for NSM brand generators used in the Tracstar® 500 and should be referenced anytime electrical troubleshooting is required on this generator. - Tech Bulletin 200
This new informational bulletin addresses commonly asked questions about gear box oil leakage from Milwaukee facer drive motors used on Pit Bull® 14 and Pit Bull® 26, as well as Acrobat™ 160 and Acrobat™ 180 facers when in storage or otherwise not used for extended periods of time.
All technical bulletins can be accessed through the distributor portal or by contacting your McElroy distributor.
Documentation Update
TracStar® 630i/900i/1200i linear transducer magnets are now available as service components.
Magnets for the carriage and indexer linear transducers are now able to be replaced as service components when needed. Previously if there was an issue with a magnet or retainer the entire transducer would have to be replaced.

New Warranty Labor Request Form
A new warranty labor request form link has been added to the incident request page. The downloadable PDF must be filled out and submitted with the incident request to recover labor, and travel costs incurred performing warranty service. The link is only available from the RMA/Incident management page once the incident has been submitted. Please begin using the new form immediately to guarantee efficient processing of your warranty claims and labor credits.
