Registration open for INFUSION19

Now’s the time to register for INFUSION19, McElroy’s foremost event for our channel and industry partners in the thermoplastic fusion industry. We have a full lineup of events you won’t want to miss this year with new products, technical sessions, the latest industry news, inspiring keynotes and case studies and a whole lot more. Register by Aug. 16 to attend.

Here’s what you can expect at this year’s INFUSION:

Plant Tours

Take a guided tour of our award-winning Admiral and Fulton facilities and meet the dedicated machinists and technicians who keep them running lean and mean. They’ll show you some of the remarkable changes we’ve made to serve the market and some of the latest manufacturing technologies.

Golf Games

Join your peers at the Flying Tee for an afternoon of golf games, world-famous courses and 3D sensors that track every swing on playback monitors. Don’t sweat it, it’s all in the comfort of indoor and outdoor climate-controlled bays and you don’t have to be a golfer to take part. Cost is $50 and transportation is provided.

A Fun-Infused Opener

McElroy is celebrating 50 Years of Fusion by channeling the summer of ’69 at our opening night reception. Come see us upstairs in Margaritaville! Where else will you get to dress like a hippie this year?

More Fusion Equipment

We’ll have an even bigger display of equipment at the Product Showcase held this year at our 51st Street facility. With a strong representation of both polyethylene AND polypropylene tools and accessories, we’ll have something for everyone — big, medium and large! Come take a closer look at our machines, see the latest enhancements and talk to the engineers who designed them.

David Robertson

A Thought-Provoking Keynote

Our Keynote this year is David Robertson, a senior lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management, who will tell us the inspirational LEGO story and how their approach to product innovation resulted in this toy company’s remarkable turnaround. In his talk, he will explain why thinking “outside the box” is not quite as good as thinking “around the box” when it comes to implementing new ideas. David is the author of the compelling “Brick by Brick,” a great read and insider look at the business processes that sprung LEGO’s rebound.

More Breakouts

We will have a full day of breakout sessions with topics covering industry standards, polypropylene and polyethylene equipment, leadership roles, tech tips and educational case studies.

BRING YOUR TECHIES!

The breakouts will also include a technical track designed specifically for those who work in the field and the technicians who maintain and repair our equipment. Plus, we’ll make the quarterly TAF (Technical Advisory Forum) live at INFUSION19. Don’t miss this opportunity to suggest your ideas to improve the products you use or get your technical questions answered by Engineering, Quality, Technical Services and Manufacturing staff members.

The TAF has allowed McElroy to gather critical information and respond quickly to technical issues. Since our first meeting in January 2007, more than 350 enhancement suggestions, questions or comments have been made and most of those enhancements have already been integrated into our products. We’re excited to see what the TAF will bring at this year’s INFUSION.

Get Requalified

We will be offering requalification training on Friday, Sept. 13. So if you need to update your Operator Qualification cards, this is your chance! You will be receiving a personalized letter from Paul Brodsky regarding this opportunity.
