October 23, 2025 Release Summary

Operator Display Console v1.1.24

What’s New?

  • Fault messaging for carriage pressure process errors have been added. These faults are utilized for additional troubleshooting and correspond to the carriage release changes. The following messages have been added to the display:
    • LOW SIDE (X1) – SPN 520433 FMI 11
    • HIGH SIDE (X2) – SPN 520444 FMI 11
    • LOW SIDE (EHPR3) – SPN 520445 FMI 7
    • HIGH SIDE (RV) – SPN 520446 FMI 7

Additions and Improvements

  • Updated filtering settings for undefined faults.

Carriage Control Module (CCM) 1.066

What’s New?

  • To prevent an unexpected drop to soak, a new Level 3 substate has been added. After reaching meet-point in a Level 3 fusion, the carriage will dwell for seven seconds before continuing. The displacement measurement start point will be recorded when exiting this new substate.

Additions and Improvements

  • Closing pressures and logic were updated for situations with low fusion pressure and higher drag. In these instances, the carriage sometimes had difficulty closing to meet-point when using the soft close.
    • Additionally, the EHPR1 voltage output is now capped at 100%. Previously, a request of 101% was sent, which caused the Close Valve (EHPR1) voltage indicator to “grey out” and be inoperable on the vehicle screen.

Bug Fix

  • Carriage pressure process errors were resolved. These errors are designed to notify the user when the carriage encounters a condition that previously would have stopped operation until resolved, while now allowing the process to continue after a timeout. This update is intended to prevent issues such as the high-side soft close stop and the carriage stop when entering or exiting facing. A future DataLogger® software release will include new user warnings on-screen.
