The hydraulic reservoir is occasionally mistaken for the diesel tank and filled with fuel. Don’t let this happen to you! This can damage your machine. That’s why McElroy has designed a special hydraulic cap lock that fits on the TracStar® Series 2 medium-diameter machines. The cap is easily removed with a 3/8” socket wrench and is clearly indicated with the symbol for hydraulic oil.
