Since 2019, McElroy’s Equipment Inspection Program has helped guide channel partners and distributors through the inspection process. The program was designed based on channel partner input and intended to help keep McElroy machines in top working order, no matter the job.
The Equipment Inspection Program has grown since its introduction, now providing options for rental fleet upkeep, push notifications, multiple user access, and more. Since its introduction, the inspection program has logged more than 22,000 inspections by more than 150 unique users.
Digital Project Manager Mike Pacheco offered a deeper dive into the program at INFUSION23, where he outlined many of the more recent benefits it can provide to channel partners.
